Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for your convenience. We also offer CareCredit as an outside financing source.

WE ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING FORMS OF INSURANCE AND PAYMENTS
Additionally, we will submit all insurance claims for you. We are a preferred provider with Hawaii Dental Service, Hawaii Medical Services Association, HMAA, and Delta Dental. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account. We encourage you to contact us if your policy has not been paid within 30 days.
